program's efforts to fulfill our ultimate responsibility of promoting a safe & permanent home as quickly as possible for our city's most vulnerable citizens.

CASAs are frequently appointed to the most demanding & complex cases before the Virginia Beach Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court, where the need for the CASA to provide committed & unwavering advocacy is of the utmost importance.

CASAs play a crucial role in representing the best interests of these children in court proceedings to ensure that their voices are heard.
