Friends of CASA support the mission of Virginia Beach CASA to advocate for the best interests of an abused or neglected child who is under the protection of the Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. 


Primary duties include attending monthly meetings, participating in an event committee, supporting at fundraising or community awarenesss events, assisting with both fundraising and friendraising efforts.

Friends of CASA Volunteers must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess effective communication skills 
  • Display the traits of credibility, dependability, professionalism, be personable and authentic.
  • Must be a team player, committed to integrity.
